PRODUCTION

This is where it all comes together. The concepts have been developed, the models tested, the molds are ready – now it’s time to build the actual decor piece. In this phase, we turn the design into a finished product, with full focus on detail, structure, and durability.

Depending on the project, we use different materials and techniques to achieve the best possible result. Some decor pieces are built entirely by hand, while others are made using CNC-milled structures or cast from composite molds. Regardless of the method, the goal remains the same: to create decor that brings stories to life.

Production

Where the pieces come together

The production phase is all about precision and efficiency. This is where materials come together, shapes are perfected, and structures are built. Using techniques like CNC milling, vacuum forming, and composite laminating, we make sure each component fits the design exactly. For decor pieces with complex structures, we often combine multiple production methods.

But machines can’t do it all. Some shapes are refined and perfected by hand. A crisp edge, a seamless joint, a texture that truly feels right – these are the kinds of details that turn an object into an experience. It’s about precision, craftsmanship, and that sense that everything just fits.

The materials we choose depend on the application. For temporary builds, we often use foam and wood – lightweight and easy to shape. For long-lasting projects, we rely on composites or plastics, which are sturdy and built to withstand intensive use. Every material is selected with care to suit not just the design, but the way the piece will be used in practice.

Once the structure is in place and the form is right, it’s time for the final touches. Textures are applied, surfaces are checked, and details are fine-tuned. We go over everything with care to ensure the piece is not only technically sound, but visually flawless as well. A strong foundation is essential – but it’s the details that make the difference.
