MOLD BUILDING

In mold building, we define how a décor piece will ultimately be produced. This is where we determine how a form is replicated – again and again, with the same level of precision. A well-designed mold ensures that every detail is spot-on, that structures are captured exactly, and that repetition never compromises quality.

We create molds that fit seamlessly into the production process and meet the requirements of the final result. Does it need to be flexible to handle complex shapes, or strong and durable for long-term use? Is it a one-off piece or part of a series? These choices influence how the

From design to production-ready mold

A well-designed mold determines the quality of every decor piece. It defines how a shape is produced, how details are preserved, and how the production process runs smoothly. Whether it’s a one-of-a-kind object or a full production run, the mold is the solid foundation for precision and consistency.

We build molds for a wide range of applications. For flexible and detailed reproductions, we use silicone molds that easily adapt to complex structures. For strong, durable results, we rely on fiberglass-reinforced composite molds that can withstand intensive use and high pressure.

To ensure a perfect fit and structure, we use CNC milling for sharp contours and precise cutouts. With 3D printing, we can quickly develop complex or organic forms, which are then integrated into the mold. Once the base structure is complete, the mold is refined by hand – sanded and coated with a release agent to ensure clean separation.

Fine details, reliefs, and textures must be captured perfectly so that every casting matches the original design. A mold needs to be technically flawless and visually precise, right down to the smallest nuance. That’s why we pay attention to both engineering and aesthetics, so each mold aligns seamlessly with the production process and the intended final result.
