Quooker – Exhibition Stand by Cialona

How do you stand out among thousands of exhibition stands?

EuroCucina in Milan, part of Salone del Mobile, is the world’s leading kitchen trade fair. Standing out at an event like this takes something truly special. For Quooker’s exhibition stand, our client Cialona gave us a brief we could really get our teeth into: transforming the brand’s iconic boiling-water taps into impressive, larger–than-life displays.

Five columns, each with its own story to tell

We produced five enormous columns that replicate the shape and texture of Quooker’s taps. Built around tubes measuring an impressive one metre in diameter, each column was finished with a sleek metallic effect.

A clever detail in the stand design: each column highlights one of the brand’s core values, such as safety and sustainability, complete with illuminated lettering. This made the eye-catching displays more than just a visual spectacle. They also brought Quooker’s brand story to life.

Large-scale 3D printing meets traditional mould-making

The strength of this project lay in the details. The distinctive knurled texture, the fine ridged pattern of the original tap, and the dynamic LED lighting all had to be integrated into the design with exceptional precision. To achieve this, we turned to large-scale 3D printing.

We first 3D-printed the cap, with its distinctive crown-like rim, before creating a mould to produce five identical copies. It’s exactly the combination we excel at: modern techniques for speed and precision, paired with traditional mould-making for consistent, repeatable results.

Ready to shine in Milan

On 3 April, the stand was completed and ready for the exhibition. Five towering, tap-inspired columns that captured the product’s distinctive design down to the finest detail, quite literally making the Quooker brand shine on the exhibition floor.
